These Terms of Use (the Terms) describe the terms and conditions for your use of the INGA platform, products and services made available by Community Insights Group PTE LTD (CIG) on the INGA platform (the Service). You must agree and accept all of the Terms in order to have the right to use the products and services. By accessing the INGA platform or by otherwise accessing any content found on the platform, you are entering into an agreement with CIG and agree to the Terms. CIG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. Except for changes by CIG as described here, no other amendment or modification of these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and CIG.

INGA has been developed by CIG. INGA draws on established, reliable sources of data. With easy-to-use click and search functions, users can select from over 300 indicators to produce custom-made reports that cover the full range of topics relevant to a country’s social and human rights context.
INGA delivers its information through its subscription products, which includes the INGA digital platform and printed products such as the country research reports.

All INGA content is strictly for personal, non-commercial use only. Subject to the Terms, CIG grants you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use INGA content to which you are granted access but only for your own personal, noncommercial use and not for any use on behalf of any third party. You may download or print hard copies of pages or reports from the INGA platform but only in connection with your own personal, noncommercial use and not on behalf of any third party. Any such downloads/hard copies must at a minimum contain the following notice:
CIG has the right, at any time without notice, to: (i) revoke or limit your license to use the Service (or any portion of it); and (ii) change
or discontinue providing the Service (or any portion thereof). CIG has no obligation to update the Service or to correct any errors or omissions

Neither CIG nor any of its content providers nor any person through whom INGA makes the Service available shall be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or relating to The Terms, the Service or the use of, or reliance on, the Service, whether in contract or tort or otherwise, except to the extent such damages arise directly from a wilful breach by CIG of any of its express obligations under the Terms or except to the extent otherwise explicitly mandated by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CIG, its affiliates and its content providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees), and/or damages of any kind arising from or relating to: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your breach of the Terms; and (iii) any messages, information, or materials uploaded, posted, published, or transmitted by you in connection with the Service.
The contents and design of the INGA platform and any material e-mailed to you or otherwise supplied to you in conjunction with the platform, is copyright of CIG and its licensors. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks (such as the INGA name and logo or other trade names appearing on the platform) for any reason without written permission from CIG. The software that operates the platform is proprietary software and you may not use it except as expressly allowed under these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify or otherwise deal with the software.
If you are required to select a password to access or use the Service, you may then modify that password at any time as often as you like. You are responsible for keeping your information and passwords up to date and confidential.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of INGA platform using your user name and/or password. You agree to immediately notify CIG if you become aware of the loss, theft or unauthorised use of any password, user ID or e-mail address or of any INGA content. You will provide CIG with accurate, complete registration information and inform CIG of any changes to such information. For the purpose of confirming your compliance with these Terms, CIG reserves the right to monitor and record activity on the INGA platform.
Each membership is for the personal use of the registered user/ users only. You may not share your log-in details or password with any other person. You may not share or transfer your membership. CIG does not allow multiple users to access the platform through a single name and password and may cancel or suspend your access to the platform if you do this, or breach any of these Terms without further obligation to you.
Singapore Law shall govern the validity construction and performance of these Terms of Use.
In the event of any claim, dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with or in relation to the Terms, the party aggrieved will notify the other party of the claim, dispute or difference and set out in such notice the claim, dispute or difference, giving details of such claim, disputes or differences and notify the other party that it desires such claim, dispute or difference to be settled by arbitration. Such arbitration shall take place in Singapore or at another location agreed by CIG.
INGA offers different types of membership: INGA Basic, INGA Expert and INGA Team. Membership fees will be based upon the membership rates in effect at the start of each membership term and apply whether or not you actually use the Service during that term. You can always find the current membership rates on the “Get Started” of the INGA website.
Payments for INGA Basic and INGA Expert can be made through the secure PayPal platform. PayPal also accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You also have the option to pay by ‘Invoice’, in this case you would submit your details and CIG will issue an invoice for the amount specified. Please note that you will not receive access to your content until you complete the payment.
